Booking page settings
The Booking settings page controls how appointments are taken. Go to Settings → Booking.
Walk-in appointments
The Allow walk-in appointments toggle controls whether you can record walk-ins (appointments without an online booking). Flip the switch — it saves immediately, and a "Saved." confirmation appears.
Business hours
Under Business hours, set when you're open with the Opens and Closes times, then click Save hours. These hours drive your calendar's day view and the window clients can book within.
The closing time must be after the opening time, or the Save hours button stays disabled.
Business hours belong to your active location. If you run more than one location, manage each one's hours under Locations — this page edits your current location's hours as a shortcut.
Other booking rules
Lower on the page, under Other booking settings, you'll see your current rules for reference:
- Cancellation window — how far ahead a client must cancel.
- Booking lead time — how soon before a slot a client can still book.
- Reminder window — how long before an appointment a reminder goes out.
- No-show threshold — how many no-shows before a client is auto-deactivated.
These are shown as read-only today (editing them from this screen is coming soon). Note that you can already set a per-service cancellation window when you set up a service — that overrides the default above for that service.
What's next
Once your services, staff, and hours are in place, your public booking page is ready for clients. Keep tuning with regional settings and terminology.
