Locations

A location is a place where you operate. Each location has an address and business hours, and your active location sets the calendar grid and the online booking window. Go to Settings → Locations.

If you've renamed "location" under Terminology, you'll see your word (e.g. "clinics", "branches").

Add a location

  1. Click Add Location.
  2. Fill in the form:
    • Name — required (e.g. "Downtown").
    • Street address, City, State / region, ZIP / postal code, Phone — all optional.
    • Under Business hours, set Opens and Closes. Both are required, and the closing time must be after the opening time (new locations default to 09:00–17:00).
  3. Click Add Location.

To change a location later, click Edit on its card and Save changes.

Why business hours matter

A location's hours set your calendar's day view, the booking window, and which slots clients can book online. If your open hours look wrong on the calendar, check the location's hours here.

Activating and deactivating

Each location card has a Deactivate (or Reactivate) button. Deactivating hides a location from booking while keeping its records.

One guardrail: you can't deactivate your only active location — you'll see a hint to add or reactivate another first. This keeps your calendar and booking from being left with no hours at all.
