Legal & consent
The Legal & Consent page is where you review and accept Front Desk Central's legal documents — the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Your acceptance is recorded against the exact version you reviewed. Go to Settings → Legal & Consent.
Review and accept a document
Each document appears as a card showing its title, its version, and whether you've accepted it:
- Not yet accepted (amber) — you haven't accepted this version.
- Accepted (green), with the date you accepted.
To accept:
- Click Review & accept on the card (it reads Review if you've already accepted).
- Read the document in the dialog that opens.
- Click Accept. You'll briefly see "Recording…", then the card updates to Accepted with today's date. (Use Cancel to close without accepting.)
Who can accept
Acceptance is done by the account owner (or a team member with settings permission). The app records who accepted from your signed-in account — you don't enter it.
How versions work
Acceptance is tied to the specific version you reviewed. If a document is later updated to a new version, your earlier acceptance still stands for the old version, but the new one will show as Not yet accepted until you review and accept it again. This keeps an accurate record of exactly what you agreed to and when.
