Your public booking page

Your clients book you online at your public booking page (a link like …/book/your-business). This guide walks through what they see — useful for understanding what's involved and making sure everything's set up so the page works.

What your client does

  1. Select services. The page shows your bookable services as cards (name, description, duration, price). The client picks one or more; a running total of duration and price appears.
  2. Choose a staff preference. Once a service is selected, they can pick a specific team member or leave No preference (first available). Only staff who can perform all the selected services are offered.
  3. Agree to SMS. They tick the SMS Consent box to receive confirmation and reminder texts. This is required to continue (they can reply STOP to opt out later).
  4. Continue to pick a time, and finish booking.

What it takes for the page to work

A service and staff member only show up for online booking when the setup is right — the same rules as booking from your calendar:

If clients say a service or person "isn't showing up to book," that's the checklist to walk through.
