Messages
Messages collects the form submissions that come in from your marketing site — contact-form enquiries, help-widget questions, referrals, and the like. Go to Messages in the sidebar.
Read and triage
The list shows each submission with the sender's name, how long ago it arrived, where it came from (a source badge like Contact form or Help widget), and its status. Unread items stand out; the count also shows as a badge on the Messages nav item.
Click a submission to open it on the right. Opening it marks it read automatically.
From the detail panel you can:
- Reply via Email — opens your email app with the sender's address and a subject pre-filled.
- Mark as acknowledged / Mark as resolved — move it through its lifecycle (the available options depend on its current status).
- Mark as unread — if you want to come back to it.
- Archive — tuck it away; a "Message archived" toast gives you a brief Undo.
Filter by status
Use the status tabs — All, New, Acknowledged, Resolved, Archived — to focus the list. Archived messages live under the Archived tab.
