Sending feedback
Got an idea or hit a bug? You can send it to the Front Desk Central team right from the app and follow what happens to it.
Send feedback
- Click the Feedback button in the top-right of any page.
- In the Send feedback to Front Desk Central dialog, type into What's on your mind? — a feature idea, a bug, anything.
- Optionally pick a Category: Feature idea, Bug report, or Other.
- Click Send.
You'll get a "Thanks — we'll review and update you here." confirmation.
So the team can route and reproduce your message, it's sent with your business name, your user account, the page you were on, and basic browser info. It never includes client names, payment info, or appointment details.
Track your feedback
Go to Feedback in the sidebar (or See your past feedback in the dialog) to see Your feedback — the list of everything you've sent, with its current status: Submitted, Triaged, In design, In progress, Shipped, or Declined. Click an item to expand its full text and status history; if something was declined, you'll see why. Only you and the FDC team can see this list.
