Regional settings

Regional settings control your business's time zone, your language and currency, and how dates, times and money are formatted across the dashboard. Go to Settings → Regional.

Change your time zone

Your time zone is the single most important setting on this page. Every time your business displays is shown in this zone — your calendar, the slots clients can pick when they book, and the times in reminder emails.

  1. Under Time zone, pick where your business runs from the Your business runs on dropdown.
  2. Click Save time zone.

Your upcoming appointments keep the times they were booked for. If a client is booked for 2:00 pm, they stay at 2:00 pm after the change — you'll see a confirmation saying how many were kept. Appointments that have already happened are left exactly as they were, so your history stays accurate.

If you were set up in the wrong zone

New businesses start on US Eastern time unless someone set it otherwise during setup. If your times have looked a few hours off, this is why — change it here and your upcoming bookings will move with it.

Very occasionally an appointment can't be moved, because the time it would land on doesn't exist on a daylight-saving changeover day. When that happens the confirmation says so and names how many, so you can check those bookings yourself.

Change language and currency

  1. Use the Language & region dropdown to pick your locale (for example English (United States) or Español (México)).
  2. Choosing a locale automatically selects that region's usual Currency — you can override it with the Currency dropdown if you need a different one.
  3. Click Save. You'll see "Saved. New settings apply across the dashboard on your next page load." Refresh to see the new formatting everywhere.

The options are a curated list of common locales and currencies rather than every possible code.

The live preview

As you change the dropdowns, the preview panel on the right shows exactly how your choices will render — a sample Date, Time, Price, and Relative time (like "2 hours ago"). Use it to confirm a setting looks right before you save.

Currency is display-only

The currency setting changes how prices are shown — it does not convert amounts. A price of 45 is displayed using your chosen currency's format; no exchange-rate conversion happens.

Language and your team

Setting the language here changes the dashboard's formatting and display. If you also want to rename what the app calls your clients, services, and staff, that's a separate setting — see Terminology.
